Welcome to Synergy Wave's Affiliate Policy. This policy is designed to provide guidance and information to individuals or entities interested in becoming an affiliate of Synergy Wave's services.
Introduction
In this policy, "Synergy Wave", "We", "Us", "Our" and "We" refer to Synergy Wave, while "Service" refers to any service listed on the Synergy Wave web store, including but not limited to marketing, advertising, communication, consulting and other digital services. "Affiliate " refers to an individual or legal entity authorized by Synergy Wave to resell its services. "Client " refers to the natural or legal person who purchases services from a reseller.
Eligibility Criteria
To become a reseller of Synergy Wave services, the applicant must:
- Have a registered business with a valid business license.
- Have experience in marketing, advertising or related field.
- Agree to comply with all terms and conditions outlined in this Reseller Policy and any other policies provided by Synergy Wave.
Affiliate Levels
There are four levels of resellers, each with its own set of requirements, benefits and responsibilities:
- Bronze level: this is the entry level for new resellers. Bronze level affiliates must commit to a minimum monthly sales target of USD $1000. In return, they receive a 10% discount on Synergy Wave services, access to marketing materials and basic support from our team.
- Silver Level: Silver level affiliates must commit to a minimum monthly sales target of USD $5,000. In return, they receive a 15% discount on Synergy Wave services, access to advanced marketing materials, priority support and an exclusive account manager.
- Gold Level: Gold level affiliates must commit to a minimum monthly sales target of USD $10,000. In return, they receive a 20% discount on Synergy Wave services, access to premium marketing materials, priority support, a dedicated account manager and exclusive access to new services prior to their public launch.
- Platinum Level: Platinum level affiliates must commit to a minimum monthly sales target of $20,000 USD. In return, they receive a 25% discount on Synergy Wave services, access to all marketing materials, top priority support, a dedicated account manager, exclusive access to new services prior to their public launch, and the opportunity to provide feedback and suggestions on new services and features.
Responsibilities of affiliates
Affiliates are responsible for:
- Promotion and sale of Synergy Wave services to customers.
- Provide Clients with accurate and up-to-date information about Synergy Wave's services.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain the confidentiality of all information provided by Synergy Wave and its Clients.
- Provide support to Customers for any problem related to the services purchased.
- Meet the minimum monthly sales target for their respective level.
Payment and Commission
Affiliates will purchase services from Synergy Wave at a discounted rate, as specified for their level, and then resell the services to Clients at a price determined by the reseller. The difference between the discounted rate and the resale price is the commission earned by the affiliate.
Termination
Synergy Wave reserves the right to terminate the Affiliate Agreement at any time, with or without cause, upon 30 days prior written notice. Upon termination, Reseller must cease all promotion and sale of Synergy Wave services and return all marketing materials and confidential information provided by Synergy Wave.
Changes in the affiliates policy
We reserve the right to modify this Affiliate Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our web store and your continued participation in the reseller program after any changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Reseller Policy.
